As part of an exciting renovation, Roppongi Hills, run by Mori Building Company in Tokyo, will introduce a vibrant array of 13 new shops and restaurants from late February to April 2026. This includes a mix of first-time Japan debuts, delightful dining experiences that please the senses, and unique pop-up shops that cannot be missed.

Among the noteworthy establishments set to open, the Japanese tea café "茶の庭" (Cha no Niwa) is making its debut in the Kanto region. It will bring a taste of Shizuoka's rich tea culture, offering signature drinks, traditional Japanese sweets, and hearty soup rice dishes.
Another highlight is "オショモコ" (Oshomoko), an innovative Mexican dining experience relocating from Hiroo to Roppongi. Renowned owners Justin and Chris have curated a menu inspired by their travels in Mexico that focuses on traditional techniques and ingredients. Guests can look forward to unique and mouthwatering Mexican dishes.
For dessert lovers, the historic castella shop "福砂屋" (Fukusanya), originating from 1624, will showcase its time-honored confectionery made using methods passed down through generations.
