On November 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Adatara Service Area along the E4 Tohoku Expressway will host a special tasting event featuring Fukushima's proud rice, known as 'Fuku, Warai'. This initiative is part of a broader campaign, 'Fukushima Pride,' aimed at promoting the region’s exceptional products and services.

Event Highlights

• - Tasting Experience: Attendees will have the opportunity to try samples of 'Fuku, Warai' rice, served by the friendly campaign team Fukushima Raishi White. This local rice variety is celebrated for its taste and quality, making it a staple in many households.
• - Exclusive Giveaways: Participants who fill out a brief survey will receive a free pack of ‘Fuku, Warai’ rice (limited to the first 100 participants), guaranteeing an exclusive taste of Fukushima’s culinary pride.

Additional Activities

On the same day, similar tasting stations will be set up at Kunitomi and Bandai-san Service Areas, where mannequin staff will be serving samples of 'Fuku, Warai' rice, making it an exciting adventure across service areas for rice enthusiasts.

Moreover, ten other Service Areas (SA) and Parking Areas (PA) along the expressway will showcase not only the famed rice but also various side dishes that pair perfectly with it, creating a rich dining experience for travelers. Available locations include:
