HKT48 and FamilyMart Unite for Kyushu
In a groundbreaking collaboration, FamilyMart has partnered with the popular idol group HKT48 to launch a special initiative aimed at uplifting the community in Kyushu. As part of their ongoing commitment to regional support, FamilyMart will unveil the customized 'FamilyMart Food Drive' donation boxes featuring HKT48 branding across eight select locations in Kyushu starting from April 22, 2026. This project, dubbed the 'Kyushu Support Project,' reflects both companies’ dedication to fostering community well-being while celebrating HKT48’s 15th anniversary.
A Celebration of Local Community Spirit
FamilyMart is poised to celebrate its 45th anniversary in September 2026, building on a foundation of five key principles that prioritize customer connection and community involvement. The saying "the most loved in the community" encapsulates their latest endeavors, particularly this exciting joint venture with HKT48. The partnership emphasizes the concept of a close relationship with the local populace by integrating beloved regional idols into their services and promotions.
