The recipient of this financing is a limited liability company, ORCA GINZA7, which is focused on developing this central Tokyo property.
The project is backed by Sanko Asset Management Co., Ltd., also based in Chuo, Tokyo, which serves as the asset manager responsible for planning and structuring this fund. The financing structure includes a senior loan from Gunma Bank, a junior loan from Musashino Bank, and mezzanine loans provided by Keystone Partners’ Japan Revival Sponsor Fund No. 6.
This development project is located in the well-known Ginza area, renowned for its department stores, cultural facilities, and dining establishments, attracting both domestic and international travelers.
