Sanya 2026 Ticketing System Officially Launched

The excitement is palpable as Sanya, China prepares to host the 6th Asian Beach Games in 2026. On March 23, with only 30 days to go until the grand event, the organizing committee unveiled its official ticketing system, opening the doors for global fans to purchase tickets.

A total of 118,000 discounted tickets are now available through the designated online platforms, providing an easy and efficient way for spectators to secure their spot at various thrilling events. Attendees can access the official ticketing website as well as the '6th Asian Beach Games Ticketing' mini-program, both of which are designed to streamline the ticket-buying process.

Ticket Availability and Pricing

According to Zhang Yue, the head of the Ticketing Division in the Marketing Department of the Sanya 2026 Organising Committee, there is an exciting array of events for which tickets can be purchased. Participants can look forward to competitions in sports such as 3x3 Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Beach Handball, Sport Climbing, Beach Soccer, Teqball, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Beach Kabaddi, and Beach Athletics. Ticket prices range from 30 to 200 yuan, with the average cost set at an affordable 80 yuan.

During the Games, which will feature 10 venues capable of accommodating nearly 10,000 spectators, the committee plans to sell around 100,000 tickets to ensure a full house for every competition.

Commitment to Sustainability

Aligning with the ethos of Green Games, the Sanya 2026 event will primarily utilize e-tickets to minimize environmental impact. Participants are required to complete their registration and real-name authentication on the official ticketing platform, after which they can conveniently select and buy tickets for their chosen events. E-tickets will allow fans to present their tickets digitally for entry into the venues.

For guests who may not be comfortable using smartphones, on-site ticket booths will be available at each venue to provide traditional paper ticket sales, ensuring accessibility for all who wish to join in on the festivities.
