About Sports Wellness Blow Dart

Originating in Japan in 1998, the Sports Wellness Blow Dart involves aiming at a circular target 5 to 10 meters away using air pressure from the mouth. The technique is grounded in a standardized blow dart breathing method that focuses on abdominal breathing.
