80 Years After Bombing: Learning and Remembering in Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Commemorating 80 Years of Peace in Hiroshima and Nagasaki
In 2025, the world will remember the catastrophic impact of nuclear warfare as we mark the 80th anniversary of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In a heartfelt initiative, eight cooperatives from the Palsystem Cooperative Federation organized visits to these historic cities — inviting 93 participants, including family members and staff, to bear witness to the truths of nuclear devastation. Spanning from March to August, this journey symbolizes a collective pledge to prevent the horrors of nuclear weapons from reoccurring.
