Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA), a prominent player in systematic investing, has announced its decision to extend its transfer agent agreement with SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC). This renewal marks a significant step in their long-standing collaboration, allowing DFA to continue providing top-tier service to its clients in the U.K. through SS&C's Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS).

DFA and SS&C have worked together for over ten years, leveraging SS&C's advanced technology and expertise to enhance client experiences across diverse markets. The partnership extends to DFA's open-ended investment company (OEIC) funds, which globally manage a staggering £8.7 billion in assets.

In 2023, DFA had already renewed its contract with SS&C to service its '40 Act mutual funds in the U.S. Therefore, today's announcement is a strategic extension of their agreement, now covering another critical market.
