Taito Celebrates Exceptional Service at the 19th Customer Service Star Contest
Taito Corporation, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, recently held its 19th Customer Service Star Contest at the Yotsuya Community Hall on February 18, 2026. The event aimed to recognize and reward the top-performing service staff among over 3,000 crew members spread across Taito's approximately 170 locations nationwide, including Taito Stations and Taito F Stations. The prestigious title of best service location was awarded to the
Taito F Station at Aeon Mall Fuji-Miya.
Event Highlights
Since its inception in 2007, the Customer Service Star Contest has showcased the talents of 17 selected crew members, each exhibiting exceptional customer service skills. The participants included a mix of young talent as well as seasoned veterans, working together to demonstrate their unique approaches to hospitality. The competition featured role-playing scenarios utilizing actual arcade games, where crew members responded to unexpected questions and customer interactions to showcase their skills in real-time.
