With the capability to manage a fleet of over a hundred units, the YT50 can operate 24/7 with a maximum loading capacity of 50 kilograms and a positioning accuracy of ±3 mm. Its synergy with the AM50 robot enables flexible fleet adjustments based on real-time demand, catering seamlessly to fluctuating traffic patterns and ensuring a streamlined picking process.

2. Ultra-efficient Picking Solution

HCGZ introduced its innovative "Ants + Picking" solution, which merges two types of robots with shelves and containers, along with an intelligent warehouse management system. This solution is optimized for tasks like inventory management and goods receiving, ensuring high performance and flexibility in order preparation. The design focuses on high-density storage, making it particularly suitable for operations requiring intense throughput.

3. EzGo Handling Robot

Another exciting presentation featured the EzGo handling robot, which integrates an intelligent obstacle detection and stopping system, enabling straightforward implementation within existing operations. Its rapid battery replacement capability and optimized short-distance collaboration feature make it a key player in high-density environments. 4. Z Series Four-way Shuttle

Last but not least, the Z Series Four-way Shuttle was showcased as a hallmark of high-density storage solutions. Designed to facilitate fast transfers and flexible directional changes, this shuttle maximizes space utilization within narrow aisles.
