Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Celebrates 34 Physician Groups on Honor Roll

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, a proud member of the Point32Health family, has once again recognized excellence in healthcare through its 24th annual Physician Group Honor Roll. This year, 34 physician groups within the Harvard Pilgrim commercial provider network were honored for their extraordinary contributions to disease prevention and effective treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.

The selection of these honorees was based on rigorous clinical performance standards set forth by HEDIS® (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set), a framework established by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This comprehensive evaluation assessed three crucial domains affecting patients: acute care, chronic care management, and preventive measures, ensuring that the selected groups not only meet but exceed national benchmarks.
