Who Are the Dispatched Staff?

The staff sent to Hikawa Town consists of a disaster certificate coordinator and an administrative officer specializing in disaster certificate procedures, both registered with the Cabinet Office. The disaster certificate coordinator brings valuable experience in management roles related to disaster recovery, offering critical advice to municipalities impacted by the earthquake. Out of the 37 coordinators registered nationwide, Toshima Ward is proud to have four of its members on this essential list.

Meanwhile, Toshima Ward Mayor Miyuki Takagata emphasized the importance of direct support on the ground. "It's crucial that we provide on-site assistance. I urge our staff to take care of their health while working hard in these challenging conditions," she encouraged her team.
