MIRARTH Holdings Announces Subsidiary Name Changes and Strategic Vision

MIRARTH Holdings' Strategic Transformation

MIRARTH Holdings Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has recently announced significant organizational changes aimed at solidifying its presence in the real estate sector. As of July 1, two of its subsidiaries, Levern Home Build and Levern Zestock, will undergo name changes to reflect the company’s new strategic direction. Levern Home Build will be rebranded as MIRARTH Architect, and Levern Zestock as MIRARTH Zestock. This development is part of MIRARTH's commitment to transition into a holding company structure, guiding its evolution into a ‘future environmental design company’.

Purpose Behind the Name Change

The purpose of these changes aligns with MIRARTH's overarching goal: "To design a sustainable environment that brings happiness to people and the planet." The move comes alongside the company’s amended mid-term management plan and restructuring of its capital allocation strategy, which was announced on March 9. With the effectiveness of the reorganization starting on April 15, both subsidiaries were integrated as wholly-owned entities under the MIRARTH Holdings umbrella, emphasizing the brand’s influence.

Focus on Growth and Investment

MIRARTH Architect’s Strategic Vision

MIRARTH Architect, formerly known as Levern Home Build, is set to adopt a new vision: "Building the Future. Shaping the Ideas." This shift represents the integration of traditional architectural expertise with innovative designs aimed at satisfying the evolving market demand.

In response to the skyrocketing prices of condominiums, the company sees a significant opportunity in the relatively affordable urban detached houses. By making strategic investments in urban areas, MIRARTH Architect plans to enhance its sales channel and improve asset turnover rates, while simultaneously increasing its brand strength.

Moreover, leveraging its existing supply network developed through construction projects, the company aims to establish a ‘hybrid strategy’ that melds resources to create a sustainable revenue structure.

MIRARTH Zestock’s Commitment to Renewal

In parallel, MIRARTH Zestock will focus on expanding its renovation and resale business, seizing opportunities amidst rising living costs due to inflation. The initiative seeks to rejuvenate existing homes, adding new value to them and transforming them into desirable properties.

The company intends to adopt a proactive approach to acquiring properties, ensuring a stable income by diversifying its asset base and developing various exit strategies to maximize returns.

With a declining supply of newly built condominiums and a diversifying customer demand for housing, both companies within the MIRARTH group are poised to leverage their capabilities. They are shifting from a production-centric perspective toward balancing both creation and revitalization, aiming to capture substantial market share.

The target is to achieve a 15% operating profit share from their real estate segments by 2030.
