Sogo Chiba Store's Annual Local Gourmet Event Begins January 7
From January 7 to 13, the Sogo Chiba Store will celebrate the New Year with its traditional gourmet food event. This year, food lovers can discover a variety of local delicacies, featuring a total of 35 vendors, including well-known names like Osaka's famous 551 HORAI, which will have their popular steamed buns.

This year's event introduces four unique flavors that attendees can enjoy for the first time:
- - Kujira Shokudo (from Tokyo, Koganei) is serving up delicious soy sauce ramen for 1,151 yen, featuring special noodles made with moisture to enhance texture, complemented with succulent pork belly chashu. Please note, orders are accepted until one hour before the end time each day.
- - Yoro Milk Natural Soft Milk from Yamamoto Farm in Hokkaido brings natural milk sourced from grass-fed cows. Available in a cup for 580 yen or in special sets.
- - Pasta Sauce Kitchen from Mie offers frozen ham and cheese lasagna for easy preparation directly from the freezer, priced at 1,971 yen.
- - Kaidaseimenjo from Mie offers a set of Ise udon, known for its soft, chewy texture, served with a sweet soy sauce and bonito broth, available for 1,350 yen (limited to 50 sets per day).
