His past leadership roles at reputable companies such as Iron Mountain Data Centers, Yondr, and ISG empower him to deliver hundreds of megawatts of capacity through high-performing teams. David’s expertise covers all aspects of data center lifecycle management, from site selection to commissioning. He is recognized for his strategic planning abilities, commitment to sustainable design, and focus on safety. In his new role, he is expected to drive the development strategy for the UK and European markets.

Florian Hoyndorf joins Colt DCS as the Global Director of Commercial Investment and Asset Strategy. With an impressive 25-year career in corporate real estate and development, Florian brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. His previous leadership positions at companies such as Cromwell Property Group, Logista, Amazon, and ALDI have honed his skills in financing large-scale projects and operational improvements. Florian also co-led his own investment and development company, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Most recently, he served as the Head of Development for Europe at Cromwell, where he contributed to successful project completions. At Colt DCS, Florian will be pivotal in formulating the company's development roadmap and heritage strategy. Additionally, he shares his industry insights as a guest lecturer at ESCP Business School.
