Practical Techniques for Accelerating Daily Operations with AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot Practical Course," aims to empower corporate employees who routinely use Microsoft 365 to enhance their productivity.

Program Overview



The newly introduced training course is particularly beneficial for departments that frequently engage in creating documents, organizing information, and communicating via email or chat. Employees interested in utilizing AI to streamline their daily workflows are also encouraged to participate. The course covers practical applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot in tasks such as writing emails, preparing meeting minutes, and generating reports. Participants will learn how to create materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside effective data analysis techniques through hands-on demonstrations and exercises.

Additionally, the course will provide insights into how to safely incorporate AI into corporate environments. Participants will be introduced to upcoming features planned for Microsoft 365 Copilot, such as the deep research functionality that blends AI with search capabilities.

Course Details



The course offers a standard package designed for up to 100 participants, priced at 400,000 yen (excluding tax). Moreover, customization options are available to tailor the course content and prompts according to specific business workflows for an additional fee of 200,000 yen (excluding tax). Those expecting larger groups of over 100 participants are also welcome to inquire about discounts.

Pre-Trial Course Announcement



In conjunction with the new service launch, the Work Shift Institute has introduced a pre-trial course, set to take place on May 22, 2025. This session will invite 50 corporate training coordinators free of charge. The aim is to equip participants with new skills that enhance productivity and efficiency in their work.

Standard packages are available for a promotional price of 300,000 yen, which is a 25% reduction from the original cost of 400,000 yen.
