Prior to joining FirstEnergy, Kinslow served as Vice President of Distribution Operations at Dominion Energy Virginia, where she was instrumental in enhancing service reliability and operational performance for more than 2.7 million customers across two states. Her longstanding career has incorporated various roles, including engineering, customer operations, and strategic planning, equipping her with a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern energy providers.

Kinslow's experience also includes valuable insights gained during her tenure as a consultant with UMS Group, where she advised multiple utilities on performance improvement and asset management strategies.
