Megan Grim Enhances Leadership Skills Through Community Leadership Series Graduation

Megan Grim, the accomplished Audit Senior Manager at Brown Plus, has successfully completed the Leadership Harrisburg Area's (LHA) Community Leadership Series (CLS) Class of 2025. This graduation marks a significant milestone in her commitment to leadership and community involvement.

The CLS, a program curated by LHA – a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive community through collaborative leadership – aims to equip participants with essential leadership skills, broaden their understanding of community challenges, and provide opportunities for networking and hands-on service projects.

During a recent champagne brunch held at the Penn Harris Hotel in Harrisburg, Megan and her fellow graduates celebrated their achievements. Reflecting on her experience, Megan expressed, "It was truly fulfilling to take part in this year's Community Leadership Series with such a passionate group of professionals. I'm looking forward to putting the lessons and perspectives I gained into practice, to enhance the support I provide to both my clients and colleagues in the Harrisburg region."

With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, Megan has cultivated a specialized expertise in providing accounting and auditing services for clients across various sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and employee benefit plans (EBPs). As a prominent member of her firm's EBP Audit Group, she plays a vital role in delivering high-quality service to her clients.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Megan is actively involved in her community. She serves as the Board Treasurer for Red Land Youth Basketball, showcasing her dedication to youth development, and volunteers with Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania, aiming to inspire and educate the next generation.
