Three Advocates from Save the Storks to Speak at the 2025 National March for Life

As the nation gears up for the 52nd National March for Life, scheduled for January 24, 2025, Save the Storks is proud to announce that three of its prominent advocates will take to the stage in Washington, D.C. This annual event, recognized as the largest human rights demonstration globally, provides a platform for various leaders to advocate for the life-affirming movement.

In the wake of significant political events that have affected reproductive rights in the United States, Save the Storks is ramping up its efforts to promote a society that values all forms of life. The organization aims to empower women in making informed decisions regarding their pregnancies by offering resources and support through its innovative programs.

Key Speakers Representing Save the Storks

1. Bethany Hamilton - A renowned professional surfer, Hamilton has been a powerful advocate for life-affirming choices. She will represent Save the Storks at this year’s event, following her role as the keynote speaker at the 2024 Inspired for Life event.

2. Beverly Jacobson - The CEO of Mama Bear Care and the inaugural recipient of Save the Storks' Innovators Summit grant, Jacobson is a leading figure dedicated to empowering families through support and resources.

3. Dr. Catherine Wheeler - A former abortionist turned life-affirming obstetrician, Dr. Wheeler brings medical insight to the advocacy for women and children's health, currently serving on Save the Storks' medical advisory board.

A National Impact

Diane Ferraro, the CEO of Save the Storks, expressed pride in seeing their advocates share the platform with prominent political figures. She stated, "The March for Life is a direct example of Save the Storks' national reach and overarching impact on the life-affirming movement. We are honored to see our advocates take the same stage as a governor and congressman." This year’s theme, 'Life Why We March', centers around the organization’s commitment to providing medical care and safe havens to mothers and their babies through their network of mobile medical clinics.

The 2025 plans for Save the Storks include the launch of more Mobile Medical Clinics across the country, collaborating with local Women's Health Clinics, churches, rescue missions, and community resources. Notably, the 105th Mobile Medical Clinic is set to debut next month in Granite City, Illinois, an area noted for the presence of a mega-clinic operated by Planned Parenthood.
