MoAP 2025: A New Accelerator Program in Okayama

Okayama City and Creww Inc. are proud to announce the launch of the 'MoAP 2025' accelerator program, also known as the Momostart Accelerator Program. Aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs just before or after starting their businesses, this program is designed to accelerate growth and help participants overcome challenges through expert guidance and mentorship.

What is MoAP 2025?

The MoAP program is structured to support entrepreneurs with high growth aspirations. It begins by instilling the required mindset in participants, helping them identify key challenges, and validating their business hypotheses. Throughout the program, participants will engage in activities that build a market-ready product or service.

Support is provided by dedicated mentors who offer both general guidance and specialized insights, ensuring that every participant gets the help they need to navigate their entrepreneurial journey.

Key Features of MoAP 2025

• - PMF Knowledge Sharing: Understanding what it takes for products to achieve Product-Market Fit (PMF) is crucial. Participants will learn hypothesis validation techniques and engage in discussions with mentors, venture capitalists (VCs), and industry peers, gathering valuable feedback from real-world insights.

• - Mentoring Support: Each participant will have access to mentors suited to their areas of interest, alongside spot mentors who can offer quick consultations. This multifaceted approach helps nurture business growth from various angles.

• - Diverse and Experienced Instructors: The program will feature a variety of instructors, including seasoned entrepreneurs from Okayama and experts in business launch support. Participants will gain insights from those who have successfully navigated similar paths.

• - Demo Day for Networking: The concluding event, Demo Day, is designed to connect participants with potential investors and business partners. This pivotal networking opportunity can significantly contribute to business expansion post-program.

Program Details

• - Duration: September 26, 2025 - November 21, 2025
• - Participation Fee: Free
• - Eligibility:

- Individuals interested in startup ventures, regardless of their background (including students)
- Startup founders with less than three years of experience without prior funding
- Managers or successors of small to medium enterprises considering second startups.

• - Expected Participants: Approximately 10 individuals

Those interested in applying must fill out the entry form and may need to attend a preliminary online interview if necessary.

Location

The program will be held at Momotarō Startup Cafe located at 1-8-18 Ekimae-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The venue, Wonderwall, is just a 5-minute walk from Okayama Station, making it accessible for all participants.
