  • - Akiko Uesugi (Vocals): Originally from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka, Uesugi discovered jazz at the age of 23. After attending a clinic headed by Sato in 1998, she moved to Tokyo to study under him. With his rigorous training and mentorship, she established herself as a powerful jazz vocalist renowned for her emotional and dynamic performances.
