The ground-breaking ceremony was held on June 15, 2026, in the Miyagino area of Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. This project follows the completion of 'LOGIBASE Sendai', which is set to finish in September 2025.
Located just 1.8 kilometers from the Kurihara IC and 2.4 kilometers from the Sendai Higashi IC, LOGIBASE Sendai II boasts a strategic position for transportation. The facility allows for smooth access to National Route 4, National Route 45, and the Sendai Eastern Road, paving the way for efficient distribution not only within Sendai but also serving as a key hub connecting the Tohoku and Kanto regions for broader logistics needs.
